NCFHA is planning to construct a building named Logan Town Leadership Preparatory Center as an educational site in Logan Town Montserrado county in Monrovia, Liberia, Africa. To educate the minds of children, age ranges from six (6) months to five (5) years old and help prepare them for elementary school.
